This score describes the level of antibody staining observed in the annotated cell types as not detected (n), low (l), medium (m) or high (h). Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often observed with a granular pattern. Alveolar macrophages, pancreas, neuronal cells of hippocampus and subset of lymphoid cells were strongly stained. Strong membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in renal tubules. Glial cells, bile ducts, renal glomeruli, hematopoietic cells, myocytes and adipocytes were negative.
