The primary data page shows the detailed antibody staining in 76 different cell types for each analyzed antibody. In addition, for each cell type, a knowledge-based annotated protein expression score based on all analyzed antibodies is displayed furthest to the right. The images and annotations can be accessed by clicking on the tissue name or score bar. More information can be found in Assays & Annotation.
The tissues and cell types can be ordered by organ, cell type or alphabetically. If ordered by organ, the tissues are presented in groups according to functional features. If ordered by cell type, the cells are presented in groups related to origin.
This score describes the level of antibody staining observed in the annotated cell types as not detected (n), low (l), medium (m) or high (h). It is based on the staining intensity and fraction of stained cells. The images and annotations can be accessed by clicking on the tissue name or score bar. More information can be found in Assays & Annotation.
Summarizing texts describe the staining pattern for each antibody based on staining intensity, fraction of stained cells and subcellular localization. More information can be found in Assays & Annotation.
HPA043239
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Decidual cells and epididymis were strongly stained.
HPA047112
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in endothelial cells, muscle tissues and renal tubules. Nuclear membranous positivity was displayed in Purkinje cells. Glial cells, bile ducts, islets of Langerhans, spleen, germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues and soft tissues were negative.
HPA047167
Myoepithelial cells, endothelial cells and myocytes displayed strong cytoplasmic staining with membranous positivity in squamous epithelia. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA047766
Most normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear/membranous staining in several cases. Cells of CNS, hematopoietic cells, lymphoid and soft tissues were negative.
HPA051753
Purkinje cells and cardiac myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Adrenal, colon, rectum, squamous epithelium of esophagus, respiratory epithelium of nasopharynx and urothelial cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity. A subset of gastric glandular cells and decidual cells exhibited strong membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
